Background
For a very long time, Nickos have been a high profile case for the ATF, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The case was later pushed over to FBI for several of Nickos actions, as he moved from drugs to guns dealer and the killing spree that followed. Later connections to high profiles within terrorist activities made CIA interested in the case of Nickos. The actions of Nickos have now been under surveillance for a very long time, and CIA is sending in the team to capture the HVT. The direct action is set into two parts, were first is to capture enough lieutenants and interrogate them into revealing where Nickos is hiding. Depending on how many lieutenants that will get captured, the greater information will be secured.

SAD
The Special Activities Division (SAD) is the Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) covert paramilitary operations unit. They are one of America's most secretive and lowest profile special ops organizations. The Special Activities Division, sometimes referred to as the 'Special Operations Group', is made up of Paramilitary Operations Officers. CIA Paramilitaries are typically ex-military personnel and veterans of military special operations units such as the Green Berets or Marine Force Recon. SAD also recruits from within the Agency. Regardless of background, SAD operators undergo extensive specialized training.
