At 0900 we deployed a set of strike teams into the island of Stratis. Their mission was to apprehend terrorists and neutralize a dirty bomb threat. Each strike team have a EOD specialist that can defuse any explosive component. Our goal is to strike fast at a set of markers where we think they are operating. The mission ends when all strike teams join as one to fully take down the terrorist cell known as Yeuhli al Sherai.
But to get to that point, we need to secure dangerous components and take out certain known terrorist cells.

Where Platoon Mike Romeo acts as a strike force against terrorist cells and apprehend known HVT. If possible try to capture a HVT alive but, if that is impossible, they are given clearance to fire.

And Platoon Charlie Romeo is to clear enemy compounds and search for evidence of explosive materials. Any high risk site is to be neutralized by a EOD specialist before considered safe.

A dirty bomb is a speculative radiological weapon that combines radioactive material with conventional explosives. The purpose of the weapon is to contaminate the area around the dispersal agent/conventional explosion with radioactive material, serving primarily as an area denial device against civilians. It is however not to be confused with a nuclear explosion, such as a fission bomb, which by releasing nuclear energy produces blast effects far in excess of what is achievable by the use of conventional explosives.
