BACKSTORY
After the successful and fast annexation of Finland by the Russian Federation in the Fall of 1994 what is now known as the “Russian Blitzkrieg”. Russian Forces have now entered the rest of Scandinavia which is, after the failure in Finland, heavily defended by a joint Nato Task Force. The initial Defensive Lines were overrun or outflanked by Russian armored units or paratroopers and now a mixed German/Swedish company is tasked with retaking the strategic important town of Ruha and villages nearby.
OBJECTIVES
Take Romeo Town and clear it of any Russian Forces.
1a. Clear the Romeo Town Bridge of any obstacles or mines.
Move via the railway tracks to Hotel Town.
2a. Clear Hotel Town of any Russian Forces.
Additional:
Destroy any enemy artillery or supply units that you happen to find.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
All civilians fled or are evacuated:
1a. Try to keep the destruction of civilian property to a minimum.
1b. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to engage units that are clearly marked as medical units and protected by the Red Cross.
You may deviate from your ordered route if:
2a. You see and attack an enemy formation that would pose a significant threat to your troops.
2b. You see an enemy fortification and want to evade it.
2c. You see and attack an enemy artillery or supply formation. These are priority targets and should be destroyed!
